Question :

I really want to lose a few pounds, but I can't get motivated. Last week I decided to start going to the gym before work, but every morning when my alarm went off, I hit the snooze button. How can I get myself out of bed and on the treadmill? --rasberry114

Answer :

It's certainly easier just to hit the snooze button, but choosing the easy way in life usually doesn't accomplish much. Your difficulty getting out of bed in the morning might be because you simply haven't made the commitment to exercise, or it might be because you have hidden reasons for keeping your extra pounds. I urge you to tune into what you're feeling and discover what it is you truly want -- and why.
