The Pilates board has been a great help for me since I started Pilates. When I first saw an informercial on TV, this was the first place I came and members were so helpful. They really helped me discern what was 'good" and "not so good". Their knowledge and insight has helped me help others when I talk to them about Pilates, too.

It's nice to come someplace where other people realize that pilates and yoga are not the same. I like knowing that I'm not the only doing pilates at home and it's fun learning from other members of the Pilates board which books or DVDs are the good ones to try.
