Eating Healthy on the Road

This article is for anyone who ever spent time in an airport.

I spend a lot of time in airports. This results in the development of much useful knowledge. For example, I know exactly where to find the National Enquirer in virtually every Hudson News store in America. I can tell you exactly what color travel pillows they have at Brookstone. I know what rap CD is on special at AirTunes.

And, out of necessity, I've also learned where to find actual food in airports.

Which is no easy task, thank you very much. But the experience has made me something of an expert on eating on the road.

Top 10 Tips for Eating on the Run

Now, you don't have to spend a lot of time in airports to benefit from my experience. This article is actually for anyone who travels. Or orders take-out. Or goes out to dinner. Or has a social life. Or a business life. Come to think of it, it's for anyone who has a life, period.
